Construction of high-quality p-type ZnSe nanowires/n-type Si heterojunctions and their nano-optoelectronic applications Min Lu1, a, Xingzhi Zhao1, Xiangan Wang1, Yongbin Ren1, Li Wang1*, b 1 School of Electronic Science and Applied Physics, Hefei University of Technology, Hefei Anhui 230009, P.
Introduction As an important II–VI compound semiconductor with wide direct band-gap of ~2.70 eV (~460 nm) at room temperature, ZnSe is deemed to be a promising optoelectronic material and it has been widely used in diverse areas, such as light-emitting diodes, photodetectors, and photovoltaic devices [1-2].
So the ZnSe/Si heterojunctions is supposed to be one of the potential materials in the silicon-based optoelectronic integration.

Per unit length of the pipe network construction costs is mainly composed of two parts: Piping materials cost and pipe layout charges [3].
For solving of the sewage pipe network layout problem in towns, the cost data from the materials and construction of sewage pipeline in the surrounding towns and villages of Shanghai was investigated.
Various diameters of pipe material correspond to different cost.

It appears that the current magnesium based materials are meeting the conditions of such solutions to an increasing extent [1].
In this way it is possible to significantly improve the quality of the surfaces covered with different materials [12, 13].

Up to date, the coefficients for various ME materials have been reported [7].
Among the ME materials, layered composites have become a central issue, since they possess stronger ME properties in comparison with the single-phase materials or particulate composites [3,4].
Thestarting materials were of reagent grade BaCO3 (>99%), TiO2 (>99.2%), Co2O3 (>99.5%) and Fe3O4 (>99.7%).

Therefore, it shows an incomparable excellent performance when cutting alloy materials with high hardness at high speed, and becomes a relatively idealistic coated cutting tool when milling materials with high hardness at high speed, especially has good application prospect in manufacturing products with high precision [1].
But TiAlN coated cutting tool has its unique milling characteristics and rule in milling materials with high hardness and high strength at high speed.
