Abstract.
This research attempts to utilise the aircraft maintenance historical data and information (i.e. feedback information systems).
There is no doubt that historical data information has the ability to contribute an important role in design activities.
The values of failure rate are collected by using a Non-electronic Part Reliability Data (NPRD) data set [2].
However, to be more accurate, the task time should come from the historical data or records.

Through the change of frame vector data, it realizes the reconstruction of image.
After the coordinate transformation, the correlation of data is relatively small[10,11].
This system used the reconstruction of frame vector data to implement the design of fashion show.Using this system, a group of fashion show movements were captured, and it obtained the frame vector data of key parts.
Through the reconstruction of data, it obtained the new fashion show movements effect.

The results indicate that with 7.5% of treated sugarcane bagasse replacement in cement resulted significant reduction of lead contaminant in soil up to 99 % after 28 days.
The leaching data collected through laboratory leaching tests could estimate and simulate the behavior of waste under ideal, static or worst case field condition.
The highest reduction of lead concentration was occurred in a sample with additional of 7.5% OPC + 7.5% treated SCB which is 99.58% reduction with pH 5.12 to 12.96.
The significant reduction occurred due to two main mechanisms which are microencapsulation process and chemical fixation [10].
However, based on TCLP and SPLP result after treatment, shows that by using treated SCB (sample G, H and I) there have a significant reduction of lead leachability up to 99.6%.

Analysis of the data in Table 1 leads to the conclusion that the most effective technology is the technology proposed and developed by LLC "Ecoenergy" with universal ecological and energy-efficient burners, which allows solving the problem of power usage in modern coal thermal power plants [1 – 5].
Competitive advantages of the proposed technology are: ease of manufacturing; low investment; high operational reliability; full automation; possibility of using a muffle burner as the main one and simultaneously as the ignition, which drastically reduces the investment due to the lack of special works on wiring of furnace walls, complete replacement of expensive oil with coal dust, a significant reduction in emissions of nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere.
Qualitative assessment score (number of points) Universal burners (UB) ”Ecoenegy” Reduction NOx 2.5 – 3 times Refusal of fuel oil yes Increasing power capacity of units 5-8 % 2.5 – 3 5 Plasma burners 50 – 60 % Refusal of fuel oil yes no 30 – 40 3 Staged combustion NOx Reduction 1.5 – 2 times Usage of fuel oil yes no 50 – 60 1 Vortex combustion process NOx reduction 1.5 – 2 times Usage of fuel oil no Reduction of boilers efficiency because of mehanichal underburning 70 – 90 % 1 Technology "Tohil" no Reduction of fuel oil 90 % no no 5 – 6 1 Burners SibCOTES no Reduction of fuel oil 90 % no no 4 – 15 1 The introduction of universal burners will significantly improve the efficiency of coal-fired thermal power plant units through integrated solutions in coal combustion boiler units.
This mode of deep thermal preparation of coal dust flow in the volume of a burner will help to: - obtain dense gaseous fuel gasification products, which will ensure efficient operation of the combustion chamber bothat the start-up of a boiler from cold state and at low loads for lighting a torch; - obtain stabilization of combustion process; - obtain reduction of slagging surfaces by eliminating the recovery zone of fuel heat of a combustion chamber in a boiler combustion chamber volume, which will improve utilization rate of the installed capacity of boilers and increase the load to the nominal values; - obtain significant reduction information of nitrogen oxides fuel by forming reducing atmosphere in a muffle of the burner; - improve the efficiency of a boiler while reducing mechanical incomplete combustion due to better fuel burning; - use highly reactive gas coals with volatile substances more than 30 %; - involve oxidized coal in the fuel and energy balance of the country which
Analysis of the data in Table 2 shows that the technology using PGA combustion has high investment attractiveness for all technological options.

Apparently, in such a situation the classical rough sets have the risk of drawing wrong patterns and would eventually lead to deviation in logic due to its ignorance of the preference information in customer data.
In this regard, the extension of the classical rough set theory enabling analysis of preference-ordered data has been proposed by Greco, Matarazzo, and Slowinski (1999, 2002)[4~6].
The data and the granules of knowledge are defined by the dominance relation in the customer evaluation space and the basic notions of the dominance-based rough sets will be introduced.
However, in the real world, there is always data noise.
To define and find the key factor to evaluate customers whose values will result in different preference level and be used as the original data.

A very important one is the protection of personal data, which is defined differently in different countries.
Vessels equipped with AIS transponders send static, dynamic and voyage related information data.
The data is transferred in regular intervals, and other vessels can automatically locate AIS equipped ships.
A safety concern, as with RIS, was the usage of private data.
D5.8 Technical recommendations on options for specifications of monitoring equipment and database set-up: description of (high level): on board systems, data transmission, database set up, data aggregation for specific stakeholders.

The results provide the scientific basis for using the low A/S calcium aluminate slag obtained from smelting reduction Pingguo red mud producting alumina.
The comprehensive utilization of Pinggou red mud containing high iron can be achieved through the following process: firstly recovery of iron by smelting reduction method, then recovery of aluminum by leaching the calcium aluminate slag obtained in smelting reduction process , and finally recovery of the other elements enriched in the leaching residue.
Then compared with experimental results, in order to provide a scientific basis for alumina production using the low A/S ratio of calcium aluminate slag obtained by smelting reduction of red mud.
In the isothermal and isobaric conditions, the calculation using multi-phase equilibrium calculation program “Equilib” based on the Gibbs free energy minimization. 100g of slag is taken as the basis of calculation, the initial temperature is 1600 ˚C, the pressure is 1atm, and original input data include CaO, SiO2 and Al2O3.
The datums indicate that C12A7 easily dissolves in the sodium carbonate solution, CA has certain solubility, next is C3A, and C2AS is difficult to dissolve.
