Introduction
Packaging has a dominant effect on electronic system cost, performance, weight, size and long term
reliability.
Recent years have therefore seen rapid developments in packaging to meet the challenges of miniaturization and cost reduction while delivering increased electrical performance and reliability.
The vapor pressure and the reduction of the interface strength at high temperature due to the previous moisture intake will cause local interfacial delamination of the package and eventually result the package crack to failure (popcorn failure [1]).

This paper demonstrates atmospheric correction of Landsat ETM+ data using 6S code.
The atmospheric correction removed the atmosphere effect, so the inherent relevant increased. 6S code was an effective tool for atmospheric correction of remote senisng data.
In this paper, Landsat ETM+ remote sensing data was atmospheric corrected using 6S code.
Comparing with spectral curves and statistic data of bands, it can be concluded that 6S code is an effective method to remove atmospheric effect for remote sensing data.
Materials and methods Landsat ETM+ remote sensing data used in this paper was acquired in November 7, 2002 (122/44).

The Nano-copper oxides were prepared by the reduction of aqueous cupric acetate, with hydrazine as a reductant.
In this work, hydrazine, a rather strong reducing agent, was used for the reduction of aqueous Cu(CH3COO)2.
Through the data from the table can be obtained, the concentration of copper acetate with a greater impact on the system.
Tab.2 shows the results about the stability time of the system by adding oleic acid after the reduction reaction.

The experimental datas for Pb2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+ adsorption by PAFC modified clinoptilolite and clinoptilolite were analyzed by the linear Langmuir and Frendlich sorption isotherm model.
And the datas were analyzed specifically in Table 4 and Fig.o4.
Conclusions The single and competitive adsorption of Pb2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ by two clays were studied, and two kinds of experimental datas showed that the absorption affinity of Pb2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ by two clays followed the order Pb2+ > Cu2+ > Zn2+.
The experimental datas of single systems by clinoptilolite were better fitted by Langmuir equations than by Freundlich isotherms, but by PAFC modified clinoptilolite were fitted well by both Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms.

However, not much investigation has been carried out to study the effect of heat treatment using convection furnace on the properties of reinforced cast Al-Si alloys, with Mg and Cu as the other alloying elements. 2 Scope of the Work The Metal Casting Industry Technology Road Map [5] presented by Cast Metal Coalition in 2003 (Metal Casting Design Research Pathways-VISION 2020) had projected mechanical and physical property data and quantify the effects of microstructure on mechanical, machinability and wear, as some of the near term research needs under the areas like material property data and design process interrelationship.
The experimental results by some researchers reveal that squeezing of casts during solidification of molten metal in the mould significantly improve the microstructure, leading to grain refinement, suppression of dendrite and columnar growth and reduction in porosity.
Stirring or tapping of melt has also been experimented for obtaining microstructure which leads to enhanced properties in casting and also wear reduction in addition of nano particles to the casting.

The reduction of the dispersion of the polar Kerr effect saturation field in the Со-Ni-P films is attributed to ordering of Сo-Ni atomic pairs.
This result is qualitatively coincides with the data obtained on the polycrystalline Со-Р films [3], in which the phosphorous content increases upon embedding of nickel.
As it was demonstrated in [3], due to the difference in the variations ∆G of the Gibbs energy related to the enthalpy and entropy factors, the Ni reduction rate is higher than the Co reduction rate.

The addition of the device effectively increases the protection of the signal source data.
The experimental data shows that the shunt device can produce the high and low harmonic under the joint action of AC voltage and DC voltage.

With the development of iconography technology and surgical technology, the surgical treatment of sacral fracture are greater emphasis on surgical reduction and internal fixation.
The pelvis was first scanned using a CT scanner (Toshiba Aqulion16) and saved the data with DICOM formulation.Imported the CT data to Mimics V8.1 software and selected the bone structure of pelvis.
Then, prefabricateed the 3D model and export the data with STL formulation.
Based Table 2 and Table 3: for type Ⅰ sacral fractures , the maximun stress of rectangular plate with cannulated screw was much more close to normal pelvis, rectangular plate with solid screw got good reduction and fixation in the direction of X than the other four groups, convex plate with cannulated screw got good reduction and fixation in the direction of Y than the other four groups, convex plate with solid screw got good reduction and fixation in the direction of Z than the other four groups; for type Ⅱ sacral fractures , the maximun stress of expansile bolt was much more close to normal pelvis, expansile bolt got good reduction and fixation in the direction of X, Y, Z than the other four groups; for type Ⅲ sacral fractures, the maximun stress of convex plate with solid screw was much more close to normal pelvis, convex plate with solid screw got good reduction and fixation in the direction of X, Z than the other four groups, rectangular plate with cannulated screw got good reduction
