The effects of heat transfer and material transfer were improved by the ultrasonic effects which were mechanical effect, cavitation effect, and chemical effect of ultrasonic.
Thus, appropriate concentration of Ca(OH)2 milk should be chosen to ensure that rapid nucleus formation and action of material transfer of ultrasonic could be given a full play.
