Abstract.
To join different content of the active material in the flux could also improve its corrosion resistance of substrate and wetting effects.
Flux was the key link in modern electronic industry material, flux of the addition of active material would make copper corrosion, there were so many ways to solve the problem of copper corrosion, in metallurgy, adding other metals in copper could improve corrosion resistance of alloy, such as, adding 0.7 wt. % of the tin in copper could significantly improve the corrosion resistant ability, in a variety of methods, adding the corrosion inhibitor in the flux was the most practical [3-4].

Abstract.
There are many papers that highlight the positive role of vibrations in materials solidification and welding, refining the structure, increasing the mechanical properties and decreasing the internal stresses [2, 3].
Materials and Methods To perform the experimental tests were used samples of aluminum alloy 6082 (AlSi1MgMn) and as filler Al 4043 (AlSi5) alloy wire.
Vickers HV0.1 micro-hardness in the weld and in the thermal influenced area Al 6082 Alloy Micro-Macro Structure For microstructure analysis of the welded alloy was used the OMNIMET- BUEHLER equipped with a microscope whose resolution goes up to 1000x and one analysis program for ferrous and nonferrous materials.

Introduction
Construction hoist extensively applied to transport material and personnel vertically in construction site.
Fig.1 Cage of hoist As hoist machine transporting materials and personnel vertically, it mainly comprises rail bracket, cage, outer cage, transmission device, safety device and wall-attaching structure.
The topper layer hydraulic cylinder, namely the fourth layer, connecting cylinder beam 2 extrudes firstly, and pushes I-Steel Beams1 to drive the cage loading materials and personnel rising.
Summary The design , large-scale multi-stage direct-acting hydraulic hoist applied to transport materials and personnel vertically in construction site with characteristics of large rated loading, huge volume of cage and medium lifting height.

It is harder for molten materials in discharge gap to be expelled.
Fewer materials are in the molten state, and fewer materials are splattered onto the surface of tool electrode.
More molten materials stay in the area near the surface of tool electrode.
And compensation of removed materials is accomplished.
