Shape Prediction of Non-ferrous Pipe Elements Processed by Electro-dynamic Forming Andrzej Kot AGH University of Science and Technology, Department of Process Control, Al.
Due to technical limitations arising from lack of adequate quality materials for the construction of both fixed heads generating impulse magnetic fields (especially insulation) and generators which are a source of energy for processing (difficulty in the construction of high-voltage commutator connecting pulse currents) work on promising technology proceeded with varying intensity.

The surface volume ratio of nano-materials is very large.
Nano scale materials are used in electronic, magnetic and optoelectronic, biomedical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, energy, catalytic and materials applications.
Nano-materials have the structural features in between those of atoms and bulk materials.
While most micro-structured materials have similar properties to the corresponding bulk materials, the properties of materials with nanometer dimensions are significantly different from those of atoms and bulk materials.
Among them are typical functional groups, hydrogen bonding, but also determination of conformation or even investigation of chemical reaction Thermal analysis is a branch of materials science where the properties materials are studied as the they change with temperature.

It uses the irreversible effect of deformation and acoustic emission of materials, namely “during period of material re-loading, acoustic emission signal is not produced before stress value reaches the maximum stress loaded previously” so as to timely monitor the process of sprout, extension and material fracture of defects and initially judge defect position.

Therefore, it means emergence, extension and centralization of micro-crack are external presentation of concrete materials with non-linear behavior
(2) According to comparison between material-self limit of tensile strain and cracking loading of double-K fracture model, feature parameters of acoustic emission can be used for judging the cracking time of concrete materials
