Abstract.
LTD., the carbon trading factoring contract, buy energy saving service accounts receivable due within one year, to help enterprises withdraw accounts receivable in advance, alleviate the pressure of the enterprise funds.
Specific operation is: Bank of China will be loan to YingPeng chemical industry 1 years--2.98 million US dollar to RMB corresponding in advance, at the same time, it assisted YingPeng chemical to buy a one-year $2.98 million swap contracts; 1 years later, the Bank of China paid to foreign importers for $2.98 million CDM projects funds offset press swaps which need pay YingPeng chemical industry $2.98 million, at the same time, the Bank of China recovered YingPeng chemical one-year RMB loans.

In the typical example modules, there are many demonstrations of engineering background and animations of structural members.
Using advanced multimedia technology, we can make the teaching activity more vividly, arouse the interests of students and keep them motivated, teach more contents in classroom and improve the quality of teaching.
The further work is to add more and better background knowledge of practical engineering to the website, and to expand the test module with more and better exercises for classroom and homework.
