Introduction
The residual stress problem of metal materials presents in almost all aspects of social life and industrial production.
The theory of using indentation test to determine the mechanical properties of materials was then gradually improved.
The research and development of thin film materials is the most remarkable, which has high contribution to the industry production.

Introduction
The level of nanoscale materials are often referred to as nanomaterials.
Their properties are very novel different from the conventional materials.
Note that in the nano-materials, there are lots of structures similar to one-dimensional quantum chain, despite the complicated shapes of nano-materials.
On the other hand, we know that the surface energies of the nano-materials are different from those of the bulk materials.

Introduction
It has been shown that 3C-SiC is a promising material for the development of high-temperature
solid-state electronic devices, owing to its excellent physical, mechanical and chemical properties
[1-4].
Silicon carbide (SiC) has superior material properties that can be exploited as the structural material for RF MEMS.

It is assumed that the release and the redistribution of the residual stresses in the blank raw materials are the major reasons of the distortions.
