Transmission electron microscopy images give valuable information about the microstructure and chemical composition of materials.
The Focused Ion Beam (FIB) in conjunction with SEM has become an significant tool in materials science for examination of materials at the micro- and nanometer scale [3].

Therefore, in case of application of diamond films for cutting tools, we
cannot get fine surface finish on work materials.
Soft materials such as aluminum and copper alloys have high viscosity and additionally activity.
Aluminum alloys have lately been consumed more than ever in airplanes and automobiles for the purpose of decreasing the weight of structural materials.
When this is coated over the tool surface and used for cutting aluminum materials, the irregularity of diamond coating surface will be reflected on the cutting finish surface of aluminum materials.
Since these materials are easy to be adhesive, and some of them have extremely abrasive characteristics, it was not possible to obtain sufficient tool performance and durability with ordinary tool materials and coatings.

2.3 Optimizing evaluation using SHA theory (evaluation stage)
Vide ut supra, the basic content of material transport are material, transport and methods, so SHA is analyzing these material, required movement and confirming economical transport method.
Hypothesis and known conditions: (1) The plant only produced valves and the procedure was simple, so we can select transport machine in the plant as forkman. (2) The material flow process in logistics system is even, continuous and certain. (3) The difference of material transport cost at different routes is negligible, in other words, material transport expense at every route is positive proportional to measurement product.

During cell division, mesosomes, act as a ‘mediator’, connect nucleoid materials and peripheral membranes.
These ‘connecting mesosomes’ pull nucleoid materials toward the membrane in hypertonic medium during mesosome extrusion [12,13].
