Design on Layout Rearrangement of Plant Logistics Based on the Combination of SLP and SHA

Article Preview

Abstract:

Firstly, application of SLP and SHA method in design course of general layout is introduced including basic element analysis, procedure analysis, interrelation analysis. The method is offered which design the layout rearrangement of plant logistics based on the combination of SLP and SHA. Then aiming at achieving the lowest transportation amount, the installation and logistics systems are rearranged and reassessed in a department of the plant. Through contrasting, the result is found that workshop attains the logistics smooth, transport the route the most short, shorten produce period and lower the production cost.
