The synthesis of certain advances in the field of hybrid composite materials and nanotechnology both for modifying contact surfaces, and for their coatings with the required properties seems to be promising trend in the field of surface engineering.
The results and their discussion The results of tribological tests showed that one of the most promising methods of creating polymer composite materials with new or advanced tribological characteristics is the introduction of hybrid fillers into the polymer matrix, i.e. different types of nano-modified fillers and nanodimensional additives such of spinel type.

His work has impacted and spawned the fields such as communication and engineering.
Bandgap engineering, in fact, is a powerful tool for growing different kinds of heterostructures and, hence, creating faster transistors.
Already in the 1960's, new and advanced methods of epitaxial crystal growth of III-V semiconductors had led to systematic studies of mono-crystalline hetero-junctions in semiconductors.
As already mentioned, the general opinion at that time was that materials for substrates will continuously change to more advanced and developed materials such as GaAs or other III/V alloys.
