Ali et al. [6] stated that DI water functionalization on multiwalled carbon nanotubes and carbon nanofiber develop the oxygenated functionalities onto carbon surfaces.
Ong et al. [7] also claimed that the DI water is an effective agent to increase the surface area and surface polarity of activated carbon.

At the state of the art, traditional materials, such as aluminum (Al), and hydrogen-rich polymers, like PE, have shown the better shielding behavior [5, 8].
Depending on the orbit, Al can be replaced by PE in such a way to reduce the payload without affecting the shielding effectiveness [9].
The latter solution is particularly promising because of the materials ability to absorb the radiation and convert it into heat; both Al and PE have a good shielding ability and thus they can be used to manufacture passive shields.

Furthermore, Ca phase in GGBS reacted with water and generated Ca(OH)2, which could promote the reaction of Si and Al phase in FA and generated C-S-H and Aft.
Dissolution of Si and Al phase in FA increased the concentration of Si and Al in liquid phase, and promoted the hydration of GGBS [9-11].

The major
disadvantage of light weight alloys like magnesium and aluminum (Al) is the poor formability at
room temperature which restricts their wide applications.
However, many researchers [1-4] have shown that forming at elevated temperatures improves the formability of Mg and Al alloys.
A lot of work has been done on the forming of light weight sheets that are made from Al and Mg alloys.
Boumaiza et al [7] studied plastic instabilities of elasto plastic short and long tubes subject to internal pressure.

Au Nanoshell
Barhoumi, Zhang et al. (2008) have reported for highly reproducible SERS signal using a simple thermal cycling protocol.
Au-Ag core–shell nanodumbbells Lim, Jeon et al. (2009) reported for gap-tailorable gold–silver core–shell nanodumbbells (GSNDs) and structurally reproducible dimetric nanostructures for SERS-based single-molecule DNA detection [14].
Au NW–NPs nano structure Kang, Yoon et al. (2010) have reported a novel bimolecular recognition approach using nanoscale gaps between Au nanowire (Au NW) and Au NPs which provides reproducible SERS signals [15].
Kang, Yoo et al. 2010 further reported for Au particle-on-wire systems as a SERS sensing platform for multiplex DNA detection [17].
