The products of this reaction is hydrated calcium silicate and hydrated calcium aluminates, all of them are cementitious materials.
Plenty of raw materials resulted in too many expansile corrosion products produced, and some micro-cracks appeared on local area of the concrete.

Concrete is one of the most popular building materials having influence in all building structures.
For a designer, the most important property of concrete is its compressive strength, which depends on the components of the concrete mix: cement and cementitious materials (fly ash, slag cement, etc.), aggregate, water, and admixtures.
All materials required for preparing concrete mixes were weighed as per the required proportions and tested to assure quality.
The ultra-pulse velocity is mainly related to concrete’s density and modulus of elasticity, which depend upon the materials and mix proportions used in casting concrete as well as the method of placing compaction and curing of concrete [15].
