Moreover, other materials such as: shale using as coarse aggregates to produce the refractory materials[1], slag which can reduce the size changing due to temperature[2], are also developed to use as raw materials.
All materials used in this research were found in Ratchaburi province, Thailand.
Adding more cellulose fiber deteriorate the strength of the materials.

Al2O3-ZrO2 composite materials not only have good mechanical properties of high strength, high fracture toughness, great hardness and good abrasion resistance, but also have excellent thermodynamic performances of the thermal diffusivity and thermal shock resistance[5].
It is expected to improve the structure and usability of the sizing nozzle if Al2O3-ZrO2 composite materials were used.
Experiment Raw materials In the experiment, ZrOCl2·8H2O (Industrial pure) and AlCl3·6H2O (Analytically pure) were used as the main raw materials, Y2O3 (Analytically pure) was choosed as stabilizing agent, H2C2O4·2H2O and NH3·H2O were selected as precipitants, carbon black was used as coating agent, and PEG (Polyethyleneglycol) was used as polymeric dispersant.
