Introduction In most of industrial applications, elastomers are used as composite materials.
Experiments in the fabrication of biodegradable materials from renewable plant resources showed that corn starch is a potential raw material, because it is largely available, renewable.
Experimental 2.1 Materials Most raw materials were analytical grade reagents. 3, 4-2H-dihydropyran, Aluminium salt, Maleic anhydride, Pyridine (PY), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and Acetone were provided by Tian jin Kemiou Chemical Reagent Co.

Owing to this, the program of computational (computer) science has a very unique role and position in the development of current science and its brand new research perspective cannot be replaced by any other research programs of science, so the research programs of computational (computer) science can provide the most fundamental theoretical paradigm with core theoretical values for study on complexity systems. 3.3 Innovation of computational philosophy for epistemology Computational philosophy regards human mental activity as one that receives and stores external information as well as computes and processes internal information, and it is the process of building and creating computation.
In the traditional sense, it refers to whether material reality or spiritual reality, but with the emergence of virtual reality technology, will the concept of reality change fundamentally?

To improve the ability of fire resistance of concrete structures, a lot of experimental researches about concrete structures have been carried out at home and abroad, which have provided a solid fire-resistant data base, such as mechanical properties of concrete materials at high temperature, high temperature deformation, high temperature compression strength, high temperature compression deformation, stress - strain curves and other high-temperature properties [2][3].
As the experiment is limited by a number of conditions: size, load and the materials used, which is not only applicability limited, while time consuming and expensive.
The fire environment temperature and the load was deal as control variables, and the material strain (or intensity) was deal as the state variables.

Uncertainty mostly applies on material constitutive data, and for this reason several materials related journals are listed as well.
Material data The mechanical properties of most common structural materials, especially metals and unreinforced polymers, are relatively well known.
However, the range of materials is very wide, and properties may differ with precise chemical composition, with thermal treatment and they may even be different with different manufacturers.
Real materials are characterised in experimental measurements.
Metals and polymer materials databases The first source for metals and polymer materials data is a materials database.

Nowadays composite materials play a vital role in automotive and aerospace industries due to their important properties like high strength to weight ratio, biodegradability and ease of production.
The mechanical properties of abaca- jute hybrid composites are investigated and the effect of fiber orientation on strength of materials are found [6, 7, and 9].
