Data Resource of Prevention Rule integrated analysis Today, the prevention rule is mainly according to Civil Aviation Regulation (CAR), SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) of Flight Operation published by civil aviation management department, thatdepartment that is derived from experiences of many years flight operation for experienced pilots.
Those standards and procedures which is about those lowest flight standards of the civil aviation operations, can guide pilots to complete flight mission, but there are no analysis to prevention rule creating mechanisms based on the theory of man-machine engineering, this is still existingstill exists some shortages for many years.

The high intensity winds in the low height range above ground level as well as the large horizontal velocity components together make this flow extremely destructive for civil structures, such as R.P.
This challenging topic has drawn more interests of both civil engineers and research scientists, and literatures focusing on thunderstorm downdraft have been continually published to notify recent advancements in this research field.
For r/D>3, the impact of downburst is negligible and can be ignored in civil engineering.
The results indicate that, Wood model and Chao Li model agrees well with each other comparing to OBV model; the impact height increases as r increases sharply from r/R=1.2 to to r/R=1.5, then it decreases monotonically and nonlinearly with the increase of r; For r/D>3, the impact of downburst is negligible and it can be ignored in civil engineering.

The nanofiber textiles are utilized in the textile industry, as a treatment of exposed surfaces, they find their use in medicine and in future they might be used in civil engineering as vapor barriers.
Testing arrangement and tested samples The tensile strength tests were carried out at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague.
The PVA based nanofiber textiles were spun in the Center for Nanotechnology in Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University (CTU) in Prague.
Special thanks belong to the Center for Nanotechnology in Civil Engineering at Faculty of Civil Engineering CTU in Prague.

Within the bilateral scientific project between the Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Seismology - UKIM-IZIIS, St.
The tested structural element was developed within the research cooperation between the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering of University of Ljubljana, Slovenia and the Civil Engineering Faculty, University of Zagreb, Croatia before launching of the above mentioned bilateral cooperation.
This applied load was in correspondence with the gravity load applied to the previously tested panels (in-plane) in quasi-static conditions in the Laboratory of the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering of the University of Ljubljana.
Special acknowledgement is expressed to the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia for the technical and financial support to the realization of the tests.

Figure 2: Structures tested by civil engineering students maintain close relationships to known examples.
In this region (as well as elsewhere) structural design is commonly taught at both architecture and at civil engineering departments by civil engineers, with a focus on basic principles, theory and numerical analysis.
Towards a Curriculum for Structurally Competent Architects and Architecturally Competent Engineers The Department of Civil Engineering and the Department of Architecture at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University are currently shaping their undergraduate curricula in a joint effort to address the challenges outlined above.
Primarily theoretical calculations and secondarily post-rational hands-on laboratory work required from civil engineering students. 8.
