(c) External quantum efficiency vs. luminance, and (d) the EL spectra of Devices 1 and 2 under the luminance of 10000 cd/m2.
The EL spectra of Device 1 without an electron blocking layer, as shown in Fig. 2(d), showed that there existed two peaks at 432 and 590 nm.
(c) External quantum efficiency vs. luminance, and (d) the EL spectra of Devices 2, 3 and 4 under the luminance of 10000 cd/m2.

The nonlinear time-history analysis of both structures under El Centro 1940 seismic ground motion was used based on finite element method through SAP2000.
All beams are assumed as double IPE 240 standard sections and finally the base isolator (Figures 1-B) is assumed from natural rubber where the formula used is based on Fujita et al. [11].
Regarding to the UBC formulas these results proved that the frame is stiff enough to resist against El Centro ground motion.
As mentioned, Figure 2 displays the time-acceleration response of each floor for the first 10 second of El- Centro 1940.
The figure shows the maximum acceleration is obtained at the roof level with -1.3 m/sec2 at 2.3 sec which is the same value with the maximum ground acceleration of El Centro [12].

Many research studies have been carried out on machining of SiCP/Al composites.
El-Gallab [5] proposed that, compared with coated cutting tools, PCD tools performed better when cutting SiCP/Al composites.

Similarly, the application of cryo-rolling to the commercial Al alloys is anticipated to refine their grains to the submicrometer level, i.e.
Fig. 1 shows the microstructures and mechanical properties of the cryo-rolled and annealed 5052 Al alloys.
From the above, it is obvious that large total elongation above annealing temperature of 250℃ can be attributed to the increased amount of equiaxed and/or coarsened grains. 100 150 200 250 300 350 400 450 Annealing Temperature, C TS (cold) YS (cold) % El (cold) TS (cryo) YS (cryo) % El (cryo) Strength, MPa 0 50 100 150 200 250 300 350 0 5 10 15 20 25 Elongation to Failure, % Thermal analysis.

Input El-Centro wave, Taft wave and the simulation wave (see Fig.2) of Hefei respectively, without changing its spectrum characteristics, only the peak acceleration of the seismic wave will be adjusted to 2.0m/s. 1.
Fig.9, 10 and 11 show the changing relations between the upper turret displacement vibration reduction coefficient and TMD damping ratio under the El-Centro wave, Taft wave and the simulation wave of Hefei, with TMD frequency ratio changing.
Fig.15, 16 and 17show the displacement response time histories of the upper turret which under the EL-Centro wave, Taft wave and simulation wave and when, respectively.
Under EL-Centro wave, the TMD optimal parameters are: frequency ratio 1.01, damping ratio 0.01; the fluid viscous dampers optimal damping parameters is: C0=2.5X107Ns/m; the displacement response reduction factors of the upper turret is 39.6%.

In this experiment, the effect of electrode polarity (El.) was also investigated.
As shown in Fig.4(a), the tendency shown is that the longer the pulse width, the larger the roughness value of the processed surface of the PCD when the electrode polarity is “+”, and the shorter the same, the smaller the roughness value of the same when the electrode polarity is “-”. 50µm 50µm 50µm (a) El.[+] (b) El.[-] C-PCD010 (c) El.[+] (d) El.[-] EC-PCD010 Fig.5 Influence of electrode polarity on EDMed surface of C-PCD010 and EC-PCD010 (ui=90 V, SV=60 V, iP=1.5 A, te/to=0.5/5 µs) 50µm When the work piece was C-PCD010 and the electrode polarity was “+”, an extremely large roughness value resulted at any pulse width.

Some studies concerning the mechanical properties and the structural reliability of the structural members made of concrete block masonry were reported by the investigators (Bronius et al. 2009; Ximei and Mark, 2010; Gihad et al., 2007) [1-3].
The mix proportion of the concrete as described in Table 2 was determined according to a foregoing investigation as reported by Xiao et al. (2005) [11].
Considering the spectral density properties of Type-II site soil, El Centro earthquake wave (ELW, 1940), Shanghai artificial wave (SHW) were selected for comparisons.
Except that the SHW accelerogram is one-dimensional input, the Wenchuan and El Centro earthquake records are both two-dimensional inputs.
N-S components of the Wenchuan earthquake wave and the El Centro earthquake wave match along with the X direction of the RAC block masonry model.

A Model of Sales and Operations Planning: Example of Parameters Used and Decision-Making Process in a Japanese Industry Hamza Samouche1,a*, Abdellah El Barkany2,b and Ahmed El Khalfi3,c 1,2,3Mechanical Engineering Laboratory, Faculty of Science and Techniques, Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah University B.P. 2202 - Route d’Imouzzer – FEZ, Morocco ahamza.samouche@gmail.com, ba_elbarkany2002@yahoo.fr, caelkhalfi@gmail.com Keywords: Sales and Operation Plan; Decision-Making Process; Planning; Man-hour; Model.
So the S&OP has two components; sales planning (based on demand) and production planning, which determines the capacity requirements, inventory levels and / or the level of the order book; according to Olhager et al. (2001) [2].
The S&OP includes all the processes that link the strategic objectives of the business with the production plan, to best adapt the supply (or capacity) to market demand; according to Feng et al. (2008) [3].
Thomé et al. (2012) [4] present a detailed literature review on the S&OP; they show that this area of research is very sparse, varied and has many research opportunities.
In order to improve the integration of the sales, operations and supply functions within the supply chain, the sales and operation plan is broken down into a model of these three levels (sales, operations and supply) : Affonso and al.(2008) [12].
