Since the 70's, with the development of modern science and technology and industry, the utilization of underground space gradually shifted to protect the environment, save energy, to solve the city traffic.
1.
Since 1977, these counties have held many international meetings about underground space.
The Moscow subway system is the highest city in the world passenger traffic volume, and it is famous for its high quality of construction and operation.
So far, the underground street had evolved to an interdependent underground complex including a variety of city function, such as traffic, commercial and other facilities.
(3)studying on the stability problem of underground structure and its safety still need to be strengthened.

The results have value in the research and application of VANET to traffic management.
VANETs have been envisioned to be useful in road safety and many commercial applications.
The actual movement of people or vehicles is closely related with traffic road topology.
Activities and application of the vehicle to vehicle and vehicle to infrastructure communication to enhance road safety [ C] .

The safety issues cost most concerns in a traditional manual investigation process, in order to minimize this kind of risk this system is designed to undertake the whole investigation outside the traffic lane except the rutting depth.
The equipment moves along with the road shoulder, except rutting depth all investigation can be done outside the traffic lane.
Thus the safety problems were no longer an issue here.
The traditional manual investigation approach is tedious, inefficient, and also contains a safety problem.

Any suspicious traffic on the local client does not recognize to be the first time to the background of cloud testing center, the use of cloud computing capabilities to detect quickly locate resolve security threats, and threats to security protocol features pushed to all clients or safety gateway, thereby making the entire cloud client and security gateway detection capability with this unknown threat, the client and the cloud coupling has been further strengthened.

Introduction
With the development of the city and the urban population increasing, the traffic problem is more and more serious, the subway is the important transportation way to solve the problem of big city traffic congestion [1, 2].
Therefore, research on the laws of the surface movement deformation, which has important implications for construction safety and building envelope stability [5].
