As one of the important components of CFBs, the back-feeder can carry the materials captured by the cyclone separator into the riser, so controllable and flexible back feeder has important influence on forming CFB’s steady material circulation [5,6].
Particles Group B dp=191µm, ρp=2630 kg/m3 Material: sand mixture Fluidizing gas Air at ambient condition L-shape Feeder back Diameter =150 cm, length =0.45 m, height=0.6 m Material: steel Results and Discussion Fig. 2.

In the field of manufacturing through cutting by material removal and more especially when manufacturing on NC machine tools, there is a clear need to develop a tool capable of accurately simulating the machining stage.
But it does not allow problems of collision, unsuitable cutting conditions, high speed displacement in the material, etc. to be managed.

The macroscopic non-uniform sample was obtained by putting silt clay block into sand sample, evolution of shear band during the loading process showed that the discontinuation of stiffness formed at interface of two materials, with inhomogeneous deformation developing, macroscopic continues shear band fully formed.
In paper of Nemat-nasser and Okada, shear localization in granular materials had been studied radiographically and microscopically, the deformation of the shear band zone was quantified[5].

Starting materials tin and selenium were purchased from Alfa Aesar with nominal purity 99.8% and 99.5% respectively.
After confirming their structures by XRD, the prepared compounds were then used as source materials.

The ultimate stress is greatly deduced by using different materials.
Cutter materials are reduced by 8%.This Static and fatigue analysis provide theoretical basis for the design of scraper cutter in order to save material and enhance the efficiency of cutting tools.

Materials surface treatment and characterization The pulsed electron beam treatment was carried out with a Nadezhda-2 type LEHCPEB source [5].
Fig. 1 – XRD trace of LEHCPEB-treated samples (20 pulses) General aspects of the LEHCPEB-treated surfaces As for several materials treated by LEHCPEB [1, 3, 7, 10, 16], craters were present at the surface of the different treated steels.
