Some less common phenomena are hereby described such as dielectrics etching rate modulations or severe materials corrosion.
High rotation speeds of both resistive materials (glass wafer and shield plate) can generate very high charging levels.
Indeed, the electrical field can affect the dipoles orientation and affect materials etch rate [5] [6].
Another neutralization method relies on materials photo ionization using relevant light wavelength.

Preparation of building materials.
Preparation of building materials from sludge was a good resources utilization way of these inorganic matters.
The derived materials that derived from the pyrolysis of sludge could be used as good adsorbent [7].

In this paper, the basic principle, typical prototyping systems are introduced, and rapid prototyping methods such as selected laser sintering of powder material, fused deposition modeling of threadlike material and laminated object manufacturing are presented.
Selected sintering of powder material (also called Selected Laser Sintering, SLS) In this system, the prototyping material is powder like polymer, metal or the compound of ceramic and adhesive and so on.
When prototyping, a layer of powder material is spread on a workbench, and is heated to a temperature slightly lower than the melting point, and then laser beam scans the material according to the cross section profile, the material scanned is melt and bond together to shape, the material unscanned is still powder and supports the workpiece.
b. selected fused deposition of threadlike material (also called Fused Deposition Modeling, FDM) In this system, threadlike thermoplastic material is delivered to the nozzle by supply mechanism, the material is heated to fused state within the nozzle, and deposits on the workbench according to the cross section profile, then the material is cooled down rapidly and solidified.
