This was conducted referring to the studies and findings in the thesis and journals on abandoned projects.
According to [16], the waste of resources here are inthe form of capital, material and human power.
They have also added that the other effects are price of raw materials increasing, building requirements changes, loans that are non-performing and land being foreclosed.

The flow behaviour of the investigated materials is used to explain the results of the machining experiments.
Furthermore, experiments have shown a significant increase of micro hardness, strength, resistance to friction wear and fatigue endurance limit of materials with a nanostructured surface layer [4].
These differences between the two materials and their modelled flow stress can be justified on two grounds: Armco-Iron has a high level of purity and is very ductile.
This clear difference of the geometrical changes of the materials supports the results of the flow stresses (Fig. 3).

Nano-indentation test is used widely to determine the fracture toughness of brittle
materials and to provide information on important material properties such as the Young's modulus
and hardness.
It is an ideal material for optimizing a testing procedure for brittle materials.

Application of the Reinforcement Technique and Material
At present, the widespread reinforcement methods for the protection of the earthen architecture sites are the modern means based on the theory of soil mechanics and materials science with the pre-stressed anchor and bolt [10] as well as the wood anchor [11] technology and in the use of various inorganic materials, organic polymers, inorganic-organic composite materials [12] and other chemical materials.
More importantly, currently, many new materials lack the monitoring of the continuous long-term durability, and there is no test data and relevant research of the material’s resistance to weathering.
At present, a wide variety of materials are applied for the research of the new reinforcement materials, and most of them have certain applicability.
The traditional materials and crafts not only experience the long-term test of history, but are also very simple.
