Especially exploring a new analysis method of copper ion is widely concerned in the research of life science, environmental science, medical science and other fields.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, extraction spectrophotometry, resonance scattering method and fluorescence method are often used for the determination of Cu2+ [5-9].
Materials and methods Reagents.1,4-Dihydroxyanthraquinone(AQ), analytical grade Cu(NO3)2·3H2O,Silica gel (200 - 300), Molecular sieve type 3A,allyl bromide (CP grade), hydrogen nitrate (AP grade), methylbenzene(water removed through molecular sieve)and NaOH (AP grade)were purchased fromSinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd (China).Ethylene dimethacrylate (EGDMA) were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (USA), EGDMA was removed of the polymerization inhibitor before being used.2, 2-Azoisobutyronitrile (AIBN) was purchased from Shanghaishisihewei chemical (China).AIBN was recrystallized fromethanol and dried under vacuum, 3-(Trimethoxysilyl) Propyl Methacrylate(TMSPMA)was purchased from Nanjing Capatue Chemical Co., Ltd.Solutions of metal ionswere prepared in doublydistilled water.
After polymerization, the prepared polymer was washed several times with 1:4 (v/v)methanol/water to remove the unreacted materials and then with 0.1moL−1 HNO3 for leaching ofthe imprint metal ion.

Vegetable is important source of food and raw materials consumption, it is one of the main dietary intake of nutritional substances.
To choose varieties and reproducing materials mainly means to select the varieties, seeds, roots and reproductive materials.
A record for verifying breeding materials meet with the targets, such as quality assurance, delivery conditions or confirmation.
Propagation materials should be subjected according to the relevant entry laws and regulations.

Because stress state is very complicated after the peak, even if the same porosity of materials, due to the pore, fracture, joint and the different density and scale of structure, the overall mechanical response is also different under the action of pore water pressure, especially fracture pore structure is in dynamic changes in the strain-stress process, so its osmotic law needs to be more in-depth research.
