Abstract: As a historically famous city, Shenyang boasts of a wealth of industrial heritage which, however, is suffering destructions.
On Apr. 18, 2008, in the Forum on the Protection for Industrial Heritage in China held in Wuxi city, Jiangsu province, representatives, experts and scholars from many cities and departments of cultural relics unanimously agreed and suggested that we should strengthen the protection for industrial heritage amid the rapid development of economy and achieve a harmonious and sustainable development between economic growth and cultural heritage protection.
Established in 1896, Fengtian Machine Bureau (See Fig. 1) was regarded as the forerunner of the modern national industry in Shenyang; set up in 1908, the first electric light factory in Shenyang advanced the industrial civilization to a new level; founded in 1921, Fengtian Mega-iron Works was the largest national industry in Shenyang; Founded in 1923, and Zhaoxin Ceramics Company was the first company in China to make ceramics by using machines in northeast China
In sense of social significance, industrial buildings heritage served as a record of the life of common people; from the perspective of technique and science, it is of great significance to the research on the history of manufacturing, engineering and architecture; and in terms of esthetics, those remarkable buildings possess great esthetic value for their marvelous design and layout.

Introduction
The thermal management of the miniaturized electronic devices has become a challenging issue in electronic industry, micro-fabrication technologies, biomedical engineering, etc.
In addition, ethylene glycol water mixture is utilised in many engineering and industrial applications such as antifreeze in car engines or transfer medium in solar heating installations [15, 16].

Abstract.
Hakka Tulou building is a kind crystallization of Chinese culture that runs through ancient and modern, is a mixture of backward productive forces and advanced civilization.
Timing of construction of buildings is usually in dry little rain winter, when people properly slacked and heavily involved in engineering, so that it reduced construction costs greatly.
