3.2 Urban low-carbon indexes
After selecting low-carbon evaluation indexes scientifically, the paper processes and synthesizes each attribute index with weighted sum method, and determines the relative weight of each attribute index in terms of influence on urban low-carbon development.
However, it is not necessarily so when we survey the carbon emission and carbon emission reduction indexes.
For example, Nanjing and Shanghai only rank the 17th place in terms of carbon emission index and carbon emission reduction index respectively.
Analysis on spatio-temporal cluster of urban low-carbon indexes This paper adopts SPSS17.0 software to carry out cluster analysis on the index data of each subsystem of the low-carbon evaluation index system aiming at the 28 cities along the Yangtze River.
By scoring the 28 x 5 groups of data of the 28 cities in 2004-2008 comprehensively, the paper gets the sequence of the evolution of low-carbon index along with the change of time of each city.

Optimization strategy showed an increase of 83% power reduction compared to previous studies.
In this paper, the CPLD for STTC Viterbi decoder design is considered for the case study of using the power reduction techniques and observing the effect on the system.
Therefore the power reduction techniques will sacrifice for the performance degradation.
Some examples for reducing accesses data is sliding windows [3] and an inverse calculation [6], which reduces power, but again at the expense of increased area and degraded performance.
In table 3, the optimization technique with power consumption data is compared with the previous literature review.

Introduction
Advances in multimedia data acquisition and storage technology have led to very rapid growth of large multimedia databases.
Analyzing this huge amount of multi-media data to discover useful knowledge is a challenging problem.
This challenge has opened the opportunity for research in multimedia data mining, especially for video mining [1].
More and more video data generated in every day or evey time.
Effective video summrarization representation can dramaticlly increase the efficiency of video data.

The effectiveness of biocoagulant on wastewater treatment in term of turbidity reduction, pH, DO and TSS were investigated.
Table 1: Particle size data for nanosized CP and micronsized CP Sample D10 D50 D90 Micronsized CP 0.3675 µm 0.8433 µm 1.9537 µm Nanosized CP 0.4473 nm 2.3758 nm 2.9938 nm FTIR analysis.
The highest turbidity reduction for nanosized CP biocoagulant was obtained at CP7, which is up to 65%.
However, micronsized CP biocoagulant achieved 55.92% of turbidity reduction at similar content of CP.
The highest reduction of TSS was 67mg/L by 5% micronsized biocoagulant and 40mg/L by 1% to 5% nanosized CP which indicates 61.27% and 76.88% TSS reduction respectively.

This article proposed a rapid mobile robot self-localization method based on laser data,
encoder data and azimuth compass data.
Problem-solving flow chart shown in Figure 2: Figure 2 Algorithm flow chart Data Preprocessing The robot self-localization method based on laser radar, encoder and azimuth compass requires a more precise laser-data, encoder data and azimuth compass data.
Figure 3 Schematic diagram of laser data collection Figure 4 Before processing(a) Figure 4 After processing(b) The encoder data can get from motor controller commonly used in motor control, but it is sometimes fail to get the exact data, so we use the check method built-in motor controller for encoder data processing.

Recrystallisation Behavior of Cold Rolled Zr702: Influence of Rolling
Direction and Thickness Reduction
F.
EBSD data were processed with Channel5 software.
These specimen are denoted SR (straight rolled), TR (transverse rolled) and CR (cross rolled along RD0 and TD0 alternatively with a change of direction at each step) The thickness reduction ratio is approximately 3% at each step for these processes, and they have been conducted down to 50% and 80% reduction.
Increasing the deformation degree from 50 to 80% reduction leads to differences in the spatial distribution and relative volume fractions of the different zones as well as in their characteristic orientation gradients.
No difference in recrystallisation kinetics was observed between cross and transverse rolled material for a given thickness reduction ratio.

Web service is an independently developed software specified by its preconditions and effects in the planning context, it can be viewed as a specific process that takes the input data and produces the output data.
we also prescribe “+”, “П1”, “П2”, “П3”, “*” and “×” operations inside the relative vector as follows: k ×bik=bik(k is a positive constant) Definition 5 As for the generated composite service, some concepts may appear in its input and output lists simultaneously (), reduction is defined to adjust its relative vector. the reduction principles are: (1)if and it is an input parameter user required, C1 should be eliminated from the input list of the relative vector; if and it is a output parameter user required, C1 should be eliminated from the output list of the relative vector; otherwise C1 should be eliminated from the output list and the input list of the relative vector.
After reduction, the relative vector of the generated composite service is as + + 。
Definition 6 after reduction a composite service Snew=< Inew,Onew;BCnew,QoSnew >,the matching degree is, where “||” acts element counting .
(6)after reduction, compute the matching degree of each gene., and put it into a feasible callboard

Recently, the microbe-mediated humus reduction and humus-reducing microorganisms (HRMs) have been received significant concern.
Stain PQ-1, PQ-2 and PQ-3 might be more effective on PQ degradation coupling with AQDS reduction, therefore were chosen in the following studies.
Data showed that the concentration of PQ remained almost constant in the biotic (without AQDS) and abiotic (without active cells) controls.
AHQDS concentrations were increasing coupled to PQ decreasing (data not shown).
In this study, PQ anaerobic degradation is probably due to extracellular reduction of AQDS by pure strains.

It is an infeasible task for uses to deal with the massive data and locate fault timely.
Bayesian network learning based on data mining can be used to detect fault in rotating machine [6].
In data mining, Feature selection methods can serve as a preprocessor to reduce redundant parameters.
Filter method based on chi-square test is applied in this framework for the dimensionality reduction.
It is different for uses to manually deal with these massive data and locate fault timely.
