In the building, it will be the main component of frame structure, and also can be used as the main component of wire rod, having the advantages of high bearing capacity, high stiffness, light weight, good plasticity and toughness, good impact resistance and fatigue performance, saving materials etc.
Under the action of loading, the stiffness of the cellular steel column is weaken, so we should consider about geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity of large deformation to predict the stress redistribution after the formation of plastic hinge accurately[2].
