Electrical and thermal processes, occurring while heating materials in metallic capacities of cylindrical form, are examined.
Introduction The necessity of heat treatment of materials often occurs in industry with the purpose to acquire the specified properties and required form by the materials.
Simulation of the processes of cooling down the materials is available.

(1) Dislocation density method High pressure and high temperature experiments of metal and mineral materials show that there exists the following relation between dislocation density from dislocation movement and imposed stress: σ1σ3=αμbρ0.5, in which α is material factor, μ shear modulus, b dislocation Burgers vector (unit: cm) and ρ dislocation density.
Metal and mineral experimentals show that there exists certain function relation between dynamically recrystallized quartz grain size and difference stress, its general expression can beσ1σ3=AD-M, in which A an M are material factor and D dynamically recrystallized quartz grain size (unit: μm).

Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) 2 Fig 1 - Intensity of RHEED specular spot during the Ga desorption from Si-face SiC, under vacuum, as a function of the exposure time.
Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) 3 Structural and optical characterization The High Resolution X-Ray Diffraction (HRXRD) (0002) θ − 2θ and ω scans of both N-polar and Ga-polar GaN on SiC are shown in figure 3.
On the other hand, the emission is more intense for N-polar GaN than for Ga-polar material, which suggests a reduction in the density of non-radiative recombination centers.
Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) 4 The inset in fig 4 shows the PL spectrum of a 3 µm N-polar GaN layer at 10 K.
