Leachate samples from Longwangshan Landfill in Huainan (China) taken between Appril 2011 and October 2011 were used in the study.
It was proved that organic materials in leachate could be successfully removed by Fenton’s reagent.
The oxidation of organic materials in the leachate showed a pH was most efficient At pH=3.
