Introduction
High strength, good ductility and good weldability make 500MPa steel bar satisfied the requirements for quake-proof and wide-span construction materials.
The utilization of high stress steel bar can curtail the utilization of primary materials in architecture, and reduces cost[1].
Generally, high strength steel bar has good mechanical property and welding property, it has better ductility and cold resistance than traditional materials.
It may highlight the perspective of the development for constructional materials[2].

They may be synthesized from metals or semiconducting materials.
All of these show that, ZnO have the largest family of nanostructures compared to other materials, both in structures and in properties.

Although metals such as chromium (Cr) and gold (Au) are also common mask materials, pinhole problem is almost impossible to be avoided along with the increasing of etching time [7-9].
Based on the characters of photoresist and metal materials, a multilayer (photoresist and metal) masking technique was presented to exert the advantages of each kind of materials and avoid the disadvantages.
Materials of photoresist and metal layers were selected carefully to fabricate the multilayer mask.

Today machines are used in varied fields, including environments where metals are not ideal materials.
Bearings manufacturers have been turning to other materials, including engineering plastic polymers.
Though not as strong as steel, polymers as materials have excellent properties [3, 4].

The application of carbon materials is increased to wastewater treatment[13-18]
.
Referring to activate carbon fiber(ACF),it behaves superior to other activated carbon materials with rich poles, mechanical stability, absorption and compatibility, which have been studied in degradation of phenol wastewater [19-21] .
Materials and Analytical Methods.
The growth of encasulated microbes might depend on the immobilization materials, cell loading and cell type used.
