Introduction
The geopolymer cements are part of an array of new materials with binding properties that may be used in several applications, including construction materials, for example, concrete, mortar, ceramic materials, etc.
Materials and Methods The materials used as solid raw materials are bottom ash and metakaolin in proportion 2:1.

Transparent conductive oxides are materials combining great transparency with high conductivity.
There is a class of semiconductor materials with this set of specific properties (transparency and high conductivity at the same time), these materials are called Transparent Conductive Materials (TCM), some of these materials are oxides, and among them, ITO (In2O3: Sn) is no longer used in a wide range of optoelectronic applications and in particular in photovoltaics despite its excellent conductivity and transparency.
A first Figure of Merit (FoM) [10] was used to compare between TCO materials.
