Using Applicable Thermal Insulation Materials
Using the Local Material as Thermal Insulation Material.
The vast rural areas have a large number of cheap, renewable building materials such as straw, rice straw and slag.
Therefore, adhesive polystyrene granule insulation mortar can be used as the preferred materials of rural residential energy-saving.
By using of local materials and powder polystyrene particles insulation mortar, applicable strategy on insulating material can be used.

As the demand for sustainable environment friendly materials increased, the biocomposites such as wood-polymer composite (WPC) have gained more attention in past years.
Wood wastes and by-products like sawdust, chips, bark and wood residues, as well as recycled polymers can serve as raw materials for production of WPC.
Despite undeniable environmental advantages and competitiveness of WPCs, there are still some obstacles that limit the performance of materials.

Abstract.
In engineering, the crack size, material property parameters or loading are all uncertainty.
In the end, crack size, material fracture toughness and loading are assumed to follow certain distributions, and Monte-Carlo simulation (MCS) technique is used to analysis the influence of axial loading on pipeline reliability.
Material constant α and m occur in Eq. (8) are 1.5 and 1[1].
Journal of ASTM International, Vol.2(2005), p.342.

Abstract.
Introduction As replacing materials of human bones, carbon/carbon composites (C/C composites) and hydroxyapatite (HA) had advantages and disadvantages, respectively.
In order to meet the replacing needs of human bones, the advantages of these two materials should be combined to remedy their deficiencies.
Experimental materials and methods C/C composites were sliced into 5mm×10mm×10mm blocks, and then the blocks were polished with abrasive papers and sandblasted by SiO2 to form a rough surface.

The paper presents the results of experimental research on the wear mechanism of the tool-electrode as a result of machining metal materials by applying electric discharges in pulse.
The following requirements should be followed when designing and developing the tool- electrode [1, 2]: - the material should be as cheap as possible; - the production material will possess high resistance to electro-erosion; - the production material will shape easily to confer necessary forms; - when expensive materials are used, the tool will be bi-component (the body will be made of cheap materials while the active head will be made of expensive material).
The materials for the production of tool- electrodes applied in the research were Cu, steel, titanium, graphite and W + Re(10%).
Technologies of processing conductible materials by applying electric discharges in impulse.
