Information about safety valve including the material of the facture spring can’t be provided.
Therefore the spring material didn’t meet the requirement for spring steel.
Finally, improper material selection contributes to the failure.
Unsuitable material was also a reason for the failure. 4.

The weakness of the method is that both geometric nonlinearity and materials nonlinearity are not taken into consideration.
And therefore material nonlinearity can not be neglected.
The second one, only material nonlinearity is considered.

Considering lightweight material application status at present, three material substitution plans are determined.
Determine the above three materials substitution schemes and origin hood as possible options, namely scheme sets A={ST14;ST14 for inner and aluminum alloy for outer; aluminum alloy; magnesium alloy}.
Define material scheme mi (i = 1,2,3,4) as design variable.
The performance of four material schemes is shown in Tab. 3.

Carbon-based materials [4], zeolites [5], and mesoporous silicas [6] have been extensively studied for their potential in CO2 physical adsorption.
The materials used in this study were Eco Processed Pozzolan (ePP) obtained from Eco Oils Sdn Bhd and 97% N, N-dimethyl dodecyl amine (Sigma-Aldrich/USA).
The nonlinear rheological properties of materials are significant and disclose a material's complicated behavior under diverse stresses and strains, extending beyond simple linear models, and are critical for understanding material performance in real-world applications.

Synthesis and Characterization of BaTiO3-(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3 Solid Solution Based Dielectric Ceramics Guofeng Yaoa, Xiaohui Wangb and Longtu Lic State Key Laboratory of New Ceramics and Fine Processing, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China atgf03@mails.tsinghua.edu.cn, bwxh@tsinghua.edu.cn Keywords: BaTiO3-(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3; high Curie temperature; dielectric materials; X9R.
One of the main constituents of ceramic materials used for high-permittivity capacitors is BaTiO3 (BT).
The raw materials were mixed by ball milling in ethanol and then dried.
Further investigation is needed to develop dielectric materials for X9R MLCC application.

Then a parametric study was carried out in order to evaluate the influence of the process parameters on the internal quality of the rolled material. 1- Introduction Today, the progression of the European market in manufactured product area is lower than emerging countries market, which has a double-digit growth.
Table 1 Parameters of the rolling mill during the measurements Parameters Bloom Rolls Material 41Cr4 - Temperature 1200°C Between 65 and 90°C Diameter 270mm Between 350 and 700mm Length 2000mm - Measurements have been performed on the production line to adjust the model with industrial data.
Fig. 5 Comparison of torque between experimental measurements and adjusted model Fig. 6 Comparison of temperature between experimental measurements and adjusted model The loading of material is known in the rolled product for each stand like the stresses, the hydrostatic pressure, the strain rate and the plastic strain (see Fig. 7) [1].
