Introduction Titanium and its alloys are widely used for the manufacture of products for aircraft and rocket-and-space engineering, in shipbuilding and machine building, in the power industry and chemistry, as well as in medicine, where biological inertness plays a particularly important role [1-3].
The surface layer of the titanium product obtained in the mold of Al2O3–Y3Al5O12∙α-Al2O3 composition has a defect-free structure.
Microanalysis shows that the surface of the titanium casting has a defective structure.

Instrumentation The component with strongest adsorption on the surface of the resin catalysts was determined based on the structure analysis using FTIR.
The C=O and –C=O-C- were suggested to originate from the lactic acid structure while C-O and C-H bonds were suggested to have occurred from the ethanol group and water (O-H).

Dyes are ionic, aromatic organic compounds with structures including aryl rings which have delocalized electron systems.
Such complex aromatic molecular structures make dyes more stable and more difficult to bio degrade.

Anodization is the most common method to overcome these shortcomings, and have been studied extensively .The anodic oxide film formed by anodization is generally considered to have a porous structure and has the merits of better wear resistance and excellent corrosion resistance .
Depositing and/or synthesizing anti-friction materials and lubricant in situ within the porous structure of the anodized aluminum film by physical, chemical or galvano-chemistry means to get certain self-lubricating property is one of the focus in the aluminum surface research area during the past 10 years.

The study also indicates some differences between water emulsifiable PU primer and two-component PU primer in waterproofing and breathable properties, which are related to the curing chemistry and film forming properties.
In general, deleterious chemical substances carried by water penetrate into concrete structure and deteriorate the hydrated cement paste and even the steel bars.
The difference is attributed to the curing chemistry, film forming properties and actual film thickness applied.
One-component water emulsifiable PU primers are more emphasis on the impregnation of coating into concrete structure and the formation of a breathable coating layer.
