As modern science and technology continue to develop, the various methods have appeared to improve the life of cutter.
For instance suing the new type of materials, the ceramic material and cubic boron nitride, to make the cutter, a lot of difficult problem ware solved using the methods in the machining process, but they are far from ready to be used; Another example the coating technology using the sulfurizing of low temperatures by electrolyze method, though the method can improve the life of cutter, the required equipment is costly, the manufacture cost is too high, the environmental pollution of work is worse.
Base on the principle of metal physics, in metallic material the free electron has inherent magnetic (basic magnet, also magnetic domain).

According to ANOVA standard the materials were prepared (12mm diameter, 100mm length) and subjected to friction welding.
