In the paper, some preliminary considerations are formulated about the material removal process for dry EDM drilling.
Tool electrode As mentioned above, as consequences of the electrical discharges developed between the closest asperities from tool electrode and from workpiece, small quantities of their metallic materials are heated up to melting or even vaporizing temperatures; the increase of the metallic material volume generates small explosions which throw the melted and vaporized material in the dielectric fluid, where the re-solidification leads to appearance of small metallic particles found in suspension in the fluid.

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the process of supporting bar forging conform, the 3D solid geometries modeling of billet and die were constructed by SOLIDWORKS software, the distributions of die stress and contact stress on the process of supporting bar forging conform were analyzed by using DEFORM-3D program.
The rising temperature will not only reduce the rigidity of materials and also make these parts easier to abrade due to the effect of cyclic stress.

The natural environment not only provides material conditions for city, also contact natural environment structure and characteristics with urban atmosphere and features.
Only when it merge with technique, material, new idea and local culture can it create new culture and mix technique[8].

So only the construction cost (only material costs are considered) is used to evaluate the design of steel-concrete composite beams.
