Introduction The Mg-based alloy is ,so far, the lightest metal structure material, which has not only a better diamagnetism, high electronegativity and thermal conductivity, good shock resistance and cutting process, but also high strength and stiffness[1-4].
The production process was: RE-AZ91 raw material was melted in the 8GWU resistance furnace, and at the same time, mixed refrigerant YH134a and nitrogen were used as inert atmosphere.
