Experiment materials and equipments Main materials: pyrite smelting slag [5], lignite, oxidant, sulfuric acid (98%H2SO4), sodium nitrite (NaNO2), the additive of CH-1, CH-2, CH-3 and CH-4 are all chemical reagent from market.

In case of that the materials have large difference in melting temperature, formation of intermetallic phase could be controlled by using solid state -liquid state reaction at the interface [4].
However, in case of magnesium alloy / aluminum alloy dissimilar metals welding, melting point for each materials are very closed, then the solid state -liquid state reaction can not be realized.
