Introduction
Biodegradable macromolecule materials[1-3], due to having fine mechanical properties, processed properties and biodegradation, such as poly(lactic acid), poly (butylene succinate), poly (caprolactone),were expected as the environmental macromolecule materials which can be the most hopeful substitute of common plastic ,such as polyethylene and polypropylene[4-5][7].
In order to produce the degradation materials which can be fit to different area environment, we should carry out researches which can control degradation speed of the materials structure composition.

Introduction
Selective laser sintering (SLS) process, a widely used rapid prototyping (RP) method forms parts directly from CAD data by fusing powdered materials using a laser source.
SLS uses a wide range of materials in powder form.
Materials and processing Laser sintering of the specimens were carried out using DTM SLS 2500 plus machine.

Materials and Method
The three types of TWB that were analysed are presented synthetically in fig.1., that presents a circular blank realised through the welding of a disk-shaped part and a ring-shaped part, each made of steel with another thickness.
In the flange area, there is a thickening of the material, with a maximal value of 14%.
In particular, there need to be studied problems related to material failure criteria, design of the technological process and its control, as well as other details related to the deep-drawing of welded parts made of the same material but of different thicknesses but also of sheets made of different materials in order to achieve, on certain part areas, for example a higher wear resistance.
