This exothermic (with heat emission) reaction can take course on monolithic or granular catalysts in autothermal regime with small contact time (0.001−0.5 sec), which allows providing high productivity with small reactor and, thus, significantly reducing equipment size and cost, as well as reducing specific raw-materials and power consumption rates [2, 3, 6, 7].

Indigo blue (94%) was obtained from Jiangsu Taixing Chemicals, Dispersant NNO achieved from Anyang Shuanghuan Auxiliary Co.Ltd., Alkali resistant penetrant SDR and color deepening penetrant DP supplied by Shijiazhuang Mulstar Bochemicals Co.Ltd., leveling agent Peregal O-25 provided by Jiangsu Haian Petrochemical Plant.
All other chemicals were obtained as laboratory grade material from Shijiazhuang Xiandai Chemicals (China).
