Cement concrete pavement structure layers of material can be seen as a continuous, uniform, each structural layer material having the same physical properties in either direction, deformation under loads can be fully restored, and the deformation is very small.
So cement concrete pavement can meet the elasticity of the material continuity, uniformity, isotropy, completely elastic and small deformation assumptions on, we can conduct research by using of the theory of elasticity[2,3,4].
