Very often, material and heat-treatment requirements are also predefined parameters.
This depends on the gear tooth manufacturing accuracy – i.e. lead, profile and spacing, additional material heat-treatment, type of lubrication, etc.
The pinion and the wheel typically have different tooth shapes and facewidths, are made of different materials and have different heat treatments, etc.
The gear material was steel 17CrNiMo7, with mechanical characteristics taken from the literature [21] and given in Table 1.

Introduction For high memory density device applications using ferroelectrics, ferroelectric materials should have a large remanent polarization, low coercive field, and good fatigue resistance at the same time[1-4].
Lead-free bismuth-layered perovskite ferroelectrics, such as SrBi2Ta2O9(SBT) and Bi4Ti3O12(BTO), have been extensively studied as alternative materials for memory applications [2,7-9].
In order to prepare two targets, the molar ratio of Bi:La:Ti=3.25:0.75:3 and 4:0:3, respectively, with three materials Bi2O3, La2O3, TiO2.

In recent years, many attentions have been attracted to multipurpose utilization of iron tailings, which could be used as raw materials of cement materials, nucleated glass, soil fertilizer, filler of dumped mine and purifying industrial chemicals[4-8].
Hongya Ding provied a preparation method of aluminum hydroxide via sintering the raw materials at intermediate temperature with sodium carbonate as an auxiliary agent, acid-leaching to separate silica and alumina from the sintered materials, and acidifying by entrance of CO[13].
