Tu Qiang and Vonderembse Mark A(2004) defines modularity-based manufacturing practices (MBMP), develops a valid and reliable instrument to measure MBMP, builds a framework that relates customer closeness, MBMP, and mass customization capability, and tests structural relationships[7].Brusoni Stefano et al (2007) discuss the issue of modularity from a problem-solving perspective with the problem environment and its complexity and volatility.

So far, most techniques have been developed to prepare GQDs, including chemical synthesis,[3, 8-10] electron beam lithography,[11, 12] graphene oxide (GO) reduction,[2, 5, 13] carbon nanotubes (CNTs) disintegration transformation.[14, 15] Both theoretical[16-18] and experimental studies have revealed that GQDs are very available material with the promise for applications in photovoltaic devices,[1, 5, 19] sensors,[20, 21] and bioimaging.[1, 22] Pan and co-workers presented a hydrothermal method for cutting pre-oxidized graphene sheets into GQDs (approximately 10 nm in size) with blue emissions due to the large edge effect of GQDs.[2] Interestingly, graphene moieties containing certain conjugated carbon atoms have also been synthesized through solution chemistry by Müllen and Li,[23, 24] which were demonstrated to be attractive for efficient light harvesting in photovoltaics.[19] Peng et al[10] prepared GQDs with different photoluminescence by pitch-based carbon fiber and applied it to biology
Gupta et al[5] prepared GQDs by hydrothermal synthesis and applied it to organic photovoltaic cells.
Sekiya et al[25] prepared white-light-emitting edge-functionalized GQDs by oxidative cutting and exfoliation of graphite.
The as prepared GQDs were characterized by Raman spectrum (model type: Renishaw Invia), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR, Avatar 360), transmission electron microscope (TEM, JEM-2100), X-ray Diffraction (XRD, Rigaku FTR III), photoluminescence (PL, FL4500), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS, PHI VersaProbe II) and organic element analysis (OEA, Vario EL III).

Table 2 Mechanical properties of the experimental X80HD and X100HD pipeline steels Rt0.5 [MPa] Rm [MPa] Rt0.5 / Rm El [%] uEl [%] Rt1.5/Rt0.5 CVN @ -20℃ [J] X80HD Longitudinal 575 740 0.78 29 11.0 1.13 212 (Transverse) X100HD Transverse 714 819 0.87 21.5 6.8 1.08 194 Longitudinal 647 826 0.78 22 7.6 1.17 — It can be seen that the X80HD steel exhibited a good combination of strength, deformability and toughness: the longitudinal tensile yield strength (575MPa), yield ratio (0.78), uniform elongation (11.0%) and stress ratio (1.13) were ≥530MPa, ≤0.80, ≥10%, ≥1.10, respectively; and the transverse Charpy impact energy at -20℃ was 212J.
