Studied materials The applied BA was collected in winter 2013 from an incineration plant situated in the Czech Republic.
Replacement was made according to the fraction distribution curves of siliceous sand and BA and bulk densities of the used materials.
Results and discussion Mechanical properties of the studied materials are described on the graphs and in the tables below.
Fig. 3 Bulk densities of the studied materials Fig. 4 Compressive strength of the studied materials (28 days) Fig. 5 Tensile strength of the studied materials (28 days) Conclusion There were crafted four mortars with increasing replacement level of siliceous sand by the MSWI bottom ash S25, S50, S75, S100 – with 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of replaced sand.

High transversal properties requirements of heavy axial forgings, traditionally, often are met through the selection of high-performance materials, the improvement of metallurgical quality and repeated forging.
The surface material flows faster than that at the center and the material near the center is of more uniform deformation.
The numerical simulation shows that, the surface material and center material flow laterally when using SFM.
The surface material flows faster than the center material.

The micro structures of the suspended materials in produced water were observed with particle imager and SEM.
Methods and Materials Materials.
Rise-3002 particle imager was used to observe the micro structures of the suspended materials in untreated produced water and treated produced water.
As shown in Fig. 1 (a), some suspended materials such as oil droplets and suspended solids in untreated produced water formed loose aggregates.
The micrographs maybe show that it is more difficult for PAC and CPAM to remove the suspended materials in the produced water.

We have evaluated the measurement images in many ways, and many different types of components and materials (mostly iron alloys) were analyzed.
Additionally, non-destructive measurement techniques typically do not come into direct contact with the sample, but are often limited in their application, for example, they have restrictions to predefined crystalline structures, magnetic or Raman-active materials. [2].
Materials and Methods Residual stress caused deformation is a real problem in manufacturing castings, that is why we have examined disc-type of castings as a part of our research.
