In this blending process, raw materials are alkali powder, red mud, blending ore and limestone, and the product is the raw slurry.
In this blending process, raw materials, including the alkali powder, red mud, blending ore and limestone, are grinded and blended in mills to produce the raw slurry.
In order to realize this operation objective, the key step is to decide the appropriate set-points of the control loop of the flow rates of raw materials.
B(t)is the operation condition which represents the chemical composition contents of raw materials.
Chemical composition contents of raw materials include, , , and .
