Introduction
Semiconductor nanowires of different materials have been under intense investigation due to their potential as key building blocks for nano-electronic and nano-photonic applications [1-3].
For the PL spectra measurements, the nanowires remaining on the Si substrates were excited with a 750 nm pulsed laser, at a repetition rate of 82 MHz at an average power of 60 mW focused to a 1 mm spot on the nanowires.

Until the end of 2005, there have been 479 garbage disposal sites around 661 cities, and the processing is 257,000 tons/day with the disposal rate 51.97%.
The respective proportions of the processing power of landfill, composting and incineration are 85%, 5% and 10% [1].

For a bilinear law, if the cohesive zone is defined in terms of a non-dimensional displacement ( ) ( )22 // cs cn δδ+δδ=λ then the shear st and normal nt tractions are defined as follows: ≤λ<λ δ δ λ σ λ− λ− λ≤λ< δ δ λ σ = 1 1 1 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 c s c s st , ≤λ<λ δ δ λ σ λ− λ− λ≤λ< δ δ λ σ = 1 1 1 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 c n c n nt (5) where nδ and tδ are the normal and tangential displacement jumps and are estimated by finite element analysis, δ=[u], 0σ is the maximum traction beyond which failure initiates, and δc is the critical opening displacement.
When the non-dimensional effective displacement λ is equal to 1, the traction reduced to zero.

In July 2011, three different shrub densities were selected as experimental field in the flat site and three quadrats of 20 m×20 m were set up for each shrub density, and the density followed the sequence as: DⅢ (1724 trees /ha)> D II (954 trees /ha )> D I(479 trees /ha).
The value assigned to the parameters of soil water and shrub coverage was 4, 3, 2, 1 and the value was 1, 2, 3, 4 assigned to the parameter of ET ordered from high to low.
The results included that: (1) The soil water content was affected by P significantly.
