In the inside of electromagnetic heater, the rectifier circuit can convert AC voltage of 50 or 60 Hz into DC voltage, and the DC voltage control circuit can convert DC voltage into 20 to 40 KHz high frequency voltage, when the electric current of rapid change flows through a coil,it can produce high speed changing magnetic field, when magnetic field lines inside the field pass through the metal materials (conduction and conductive material) , there are many little eddy current inside the metal body, which make the heating bag itself to rapid fever, and then water in the heating bags are heated to achieve the purpose of electromagnetic heating.

The cathode material made up from a mixture of Zn, ZnSO4.7H2O, C and PTFE of mass ratio 8:1:1:1 was ground and pressed to form pellets.
The anode material was prepared by mixing, grinding and palletizing a mixture of active anode material (MnO2 or MnO2 + PbO2) and C of mass ratio 4:1.

Particle size and crystal morphology were determined by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) Hitachi, S-4700 Type II, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Zeiss 10C, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) MAC Science, MXP18.
The XRD method was used to investigate structure of materials and its composition.
The overall material balance for this catalytic gasification process was above 82 %.
