Cu-Fe-P alloys are the most popular used in plastic packaging application among the Cu-based lead frame and account for 65% of all the lead frame materials[1].
The understanding of the correlation between microstructure, deformation, damage initiation and damage development in copper alloy materials is of major importance for lead frame copper alloy.
All the materials are subjected to tensile strain.

Magnetic studies revealed that pure CdS NPs exhibit diamagnetic behavior as like bulk material, where as 3% Fe doped CdS NPs shows the ferromagnetic behavior.
The ability to control the concentrations of these substitutes has a profound impact in materials magnetic properties [1-4].
Optoelectronic properties of this material was widely studied.
