CBS breaks total cost down according to homogeneous costs(labor costs, material costs).
Measuring the effect of single risk factor on the cost includes 3 stages: (1) Based on historical materials or expert experiences, Pi of every single risk factor and probability distribution of Ci are determined.

It has been able to be produced from various materials especially agricultural wastes or unused materials.
Materials and methods Preparation of raw materials Waste (used) bamboo chopsticks were collected from restaurants.
Dried materials were then carbonized in muffle furnace at 600 0C.The raw materials’ weight loss was determined after carbonization, using Eq.(1).

All of the materials were calculated by stoichiometry and weighted by digital balance.
Materials were prepared using sol-gel methods.
Refinement results shows that the Nd1-xSrxMnO3 (x = 0; 0.5; 1) materials has an orthorhombic structure.

Keywords: C/C composites; Coating; Fused slurry; Oxidation resistance.
Silicides, such as Si3N4, SiC and MoSi2, are preferred coating materials of C/C composites due to their excellent oxidation resistance at high temperature [3, 4].
Experimental Procedure 2D-C/C composites with density of 1.77g/cm3 were used as substrate materials for multilayer coating.

Nan˚Crystalline materials have many prominent properties owing to their large volume fraction of grain boundaries.
Internal friction measurement has been used as a non-destructive sensitive method to study the behaviour of grain boundaries in ordinary polycrystalline materials [1-3].
The study of internal friction in nan˚Crystalline materials is of great interest.
