Introduction Unmodified thermoset epoxy resins usually have poor impact resistance and fracture toughness, which limits their applications as structural materials.
It is well known that addition of rubber to brittle epoxies can greatly improve resistance of the materials to crack propagation (1-4).
Pre-cracks were produced by the razor blade pressing method because, in current materials, it can create a sharp pre-crack which quickly jumps several millimetres ahead of the razor blade front when the razor blade edge penetrates a few millimetres into the specimen.

The road safety barrel commonly employs the polypropylene (PP) material[1,2,3].The material is light-weighted, corrosion-resistant, of good cushion-effect and easy to process, making it widely used in vehicles and roads.
Bilinear kinematic material model (BKIN) is used for Road safety barrel [4], and rigid body models are used for vehicle body and displacement constraint.
