Using the basic principle of heat transfer, tribology and numerical simulation, a two-dimensional heat transfer model of the three-layer composite brake pair materials were established.
Meanwhile, the brake materials must fit in with different service conditions such as wetness and salt fog.
The model was simplified, such as ignore the change of energy dissipation, the properties and boundary change of materials in different temperature.
Building the FEM Model Materials properties Table 1 Materials properties density (kg/m3) specific heat J/(kg·K) thermal expansion coefficient (m/K) heat transfer coefficient (W/m2·K) Steel sheet 7800 502 1.5e-5 16.3 Wear layer 3960 600 1.2e-5 1 padding layer 980 180 5.6e-5 0.2 Modeling The model was established based on these hypothesis: the materials of brake and steel pairs is isotropy, the ambient temperature during testing is 25℃, the contact surface of brake and steel pairs is idea flat surface, only heat convection and heat transfer were considered in these investigations.

Abstract.
The use of hot strip steel instead of part of cold strip steel in making automobile inner board has been considered for cost reduction of materials.
On the one hand, hot strip steel within the thickness of 2.0mm was considered for cost reduction of materials to get cold strip steel.

In recent years, it was reported that the nitride multi-layers synthesized by alternately depositing two nanoscale materials have been shown to exhibit interesting mechanical properties.
The ZrN/TiN multi-layer with thickness ratio of 0.5 had a maximum value of the hardness.Multi-layers synthesized by alternately depositing two nanoscale materials have been shown to exhibit interesting mechanical properties.

Cool refreshing type fabric performance test
The choice of raw materials
Choose five kinds of knitting fabric as to test the fabric, the fabric is from guangdong emerging group limited and hong xinglong cloth industry ltd collection, its various parameters as shown in table1.
Subjective and objective evaluation of fabric performance Objective and subjective evaluation method and its implementation process The subjective evaluation method is through the senses (touch, vision, hearing) to make specific evaluation of the degree of comfort and satisfaction and description in the physiology and the psychology to their feeling of clothing; objective evaluation method is to obtain the basic properties of clothing materials measured by instruments, including mechanical properties, Thermal and moisture and surface properties, transforming it into a certain index, to evaluate the material wearing comfort [2].
