The experimental results show that materials with a high deformation temperature can significantly reduce the flow stress.
Therefore, materials with a high deformation temperature and a low strain rate are more prone to DRX.

Swift, proposed in 1939 by deep drawing test evaluation materials as one of the basic test method of forming performance good or bad.
In using the results of the unidirectional tensile test of various materials according to deep drawing performance, Norris, G.s achs, c.a. rbel et al., carried on the thorough research.
Analysis of materials is discussed in theory of anisotropic index R and strain-hardening index n influence on deep drawing, the conclusion is R value on deep drawing performance have a significant impact, but has little effect on n; R value is big, the material performance is good.

Significant changes affect also the materials properties in the heat affected zone (HAZ) [1].
The ultimate form and magnitude of welding induced distortions depend on the actual welding parameters, the materials used, the geometric design of the panel being assembled, and also on the preventive restraints applied during welding.
The standard deviations of geometric and materials parameters were fixed at 2% while those of the imperfections and HAZ were fixed at 10%.
