Each damage appearance and influential factor is various, and damage mechanism involves architectural history, material science, construction equipment, architectural physics and other expertise, so it should be jointly analyzed by multi-disciplinary professionals.
1.1 Alkali corrosion and weathering
The walls of Tai’an Road modern buildings suffer alkali corrosion to varying degrees.
Actually it is environmental factors that cause imbalanced water content in different parts of walls, resulting in the differences in the deterioration degree[2].
The humid climate, low groundwater levels and high salinity water are the regional environmental factors of Tianjin.
Vapor barrier failure, negligent maintenance of drain pipe and breakage of cornices will also make the surrounding walls suffer from water erosion.
For example, the old site of the Garden Building had red plain brick walls, on which a variety of white water brush forms luxury white lines.

Abstract.
Introduction The water industry is important and related to the economic and social development, the water industry employees need to give full play to its own values to create good work performance to make water industry play its role in the economic and social development.
Developed equity theory response the need of psychological, emotional and personal realization of the staff, they will have views of its work and take measures to deal with it when staff feel unfair in any way ,such as slack, counter-productive behavior, such behavior can be attributed to non-professional behavior for employees and will negatively affect the employees’ work performance directly.
This study choose the employees who work in the domestic water sector as the study sample.

Introduction
Coal dust in the mining process can easily result in pneumoconiosis of coal mine workers, is a serious professional pathogens.
Such as the use of surfactants, magnetized water increases the water absorption of the coal, dust-sticking bar to increase the coal seam infusion effects, these measures by changing the surface tension and contact angle of coal and water to improve the effect of water infusion, permeability of coal seam itself isn’t changed, so the implementation effect still need to improved.
Coal itself has a wealth of pore volume to the coal-water slurry in the disperse system, water into the coal pores internal through the multilayer adsorption and capillary condensation, so the water absorption and pore volume have a close relationship, and how much of the water absorption has a direct impact on the wetting of the seam water infusion.
Contain air in water, and the formation of some tiny air bubbles.
It will appear sparse and dense state when power ultrasound alternating sound pressure in water transmission, water under positive pressure (about a few atmospheres) the role of the intensive state; sparse state water by the pull of negative pressure, the water corresponding to the compression and expansion, the power of ultrasound propagation in water cause the water to generate cavitation bubbles.

Depending on the drainage function of the tunnel, properties of the rock massif and its system of fractures, the water inflows can occur with a considerable delay.
The road is drained using channel drains and in the place of the cross fall, it is necessary to transfer water from the channel drains under the road to the second side of the road.
